• Erection, Commission, and automation testing of Wartsila Engine, Alternator, Triveni Steam Turbine, and Alfa Level Boiler. • Performed commissioning of Schneider PLC for Engine & ABB PLC for GIS. • Engine automation panels like MC, CFE, BJA, CFC, CFA Schneider PLC Digital I/O, Analog I/O signals, and field instruments commissioning and testing done with Wartsila Bangladesh personnel. • Troubleshooting & schedule checking of LV, MV, HV switchgear, 230KV GIS & perform unscheduled maintenance as required. • Maintain good relations with government stakeholders. • Analysis of Alternator load & voltage control to run Generator set in different modes & load with ABB Unitrol 1020 AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator). • Perform the scheduled & unscheduled maintenance of engines & auxiliaries according to the manufacturer's recommendation & report to the superior on completion of the job. • Lesioning with local BREB, PGCB, BPDB, and concerned authorities for smooth operational Work. • Enhanced machinery longevity and reduced repair costs by 10%. • Ensure workplace safety, procedure, and checklist followed for any Electrical job.
