Currently working in ALKHORAYEF GROUP OF COMPAN GC-16 (Gathering Centre) Plant which is under Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) and proved my efficiency in DCS OPERATION, (SCADA). Here we are processing 100 MBOPD, 135 MMSCFD of gas. I have been working with these areas in our plant from Sept 2013 to till date • Review of Design documents during the Construction and Commissioning Stage of the Plant, including P&ID, Data Sheets, Piping General Arrangement Drawing. • Developed Commissioning and Pre-commissioning start-up & operating procedure (SOP). • Participates in hazard and operability reviews / studies (HAZOPs), Audits and corrective actions and Preparation of Start-up and Operations procedures. • Responsible for the safe and optimum operation of the hydrocarbon process by monitoring and controlling production plant and equipment, protective systems (fire & gas and ESD) and all support utility systems. • Dexterous in fulfillment of export crude oil, gas and water and Zero Flaring • Prepare daily production reports and logs. Ensure that all record keeping and production reporting is carried out on time and to the required standards. • Analyzing production data and process behavior to ensure the early identification of trends and problems. • Monitor and direct Production Operators in the plant to ensure Initiate and coordinate response instructions during emergency situations. • Responsible for taking actions to prevent and rectify abnormal plant and production situations, to take whatever executive action. • Continuity of operations and timely implementation of production routines. • Assist with planning and scheduling of routine shutdown and shutdown maintenance. • Responsible for identification of plant, equipment and process isolations within bounds of Permit to Work system and in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Careful monitoring, and where necessary, control and supervision of the Permit to Work

A Chemical Engineering Graduate with 9 years’ experience in Detailed Engineering, Construction and upstream onshore and offshore Operation of Oil and Gas, Petrochemical Projects, interested to work in Process Operation and Controlling Engineering where I can exert my technical skills with a successful team.
