 Prepare Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) for the projects.  Monitoring all facilities/ sites/ projects operations to ensure compliance with the CESMP.  Ensuring that all operations follow local, state, and federal environmental regulations.  Ensuring the appropriate levels of environmental resources are available to conduct environmental management functions.  Overseeing the daily activities of team members to maintain environmental management system (EMS).  Coordinate with government authorities, certifying bodies and Client to enable approvals / permits on technical deliverables.  Collating & reviewing environmental monitoring data submissions and submitting monthly Safety reports.  Reviewing the environmental reports submitted from different facilities/ projects/ sites/ industries of group.  Recommending rectification of non-compliances with the CEMP and Environmental Specifications to all projects/ sites/ industries management before significant impacts occur.  Reviewing the environmental components, inspecting, and reporting on the effectiveness of the method.  Performing environmental research and preparing research reports for management.  Lead the action plan against Covid-19 prevention in the projects.  Overseeing pollution control programs and developing waste treatment and recycling procedures.  Investigate environmental incidents and develop action plans.  Working with team to develop review& recommend improvement to effective environmental strategies to reduce contaminations

 Conducted thorough environmental aspect and impact assessments of different activities.  Implemented sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental footprint.  Effectively communicated with stakeholders to address environmental concerns.  Ensured that the effective implementation of Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and Waste management plan (WMP) were achieved at all sites.  Ensured compliance with environmental regulations and permits throughout project lifecycles.  Provided leadership and guidance to uphold environmental stewardship standards within the team.  Ensure implementation of organization environmental policy and further achievement of organizational environmental objectives of environmental improvement/performance were achieved on allocated timeframe.  Review and recommend improvements to existing environmental programs to reduce environmental damages and confirm proper implementation and compliance with Environmental plans and procedures.  Effectively communicated with stakeholders to address environmental concerns.  project Preparation of technical reports plans and presentations as required and certify the timely submission of all-internal and external reporting. I.e. Daily, Weekly, and monthly reporting.  Responsible for internal Environmental Audit and Inspection and for environmental Induction and TBT.  Responsible for providing work direction and technical guidance for activities related to pollution control and management.  Collaborated with stakeholders to develop sustainable practices and promote environmental awareness. Educate and Train employees on environmental policies, procedures, and best practices at sites.
