About

Reporting to the Manager Government Relations and Public relations, my major contribution was to liaise with public administrations in terms of collecting social, economic and scientific data relevant for simandou study team (for the completion on the project pre-feasibility study). I also strongly and actively took part to the elaboration of the business crisis communication strategy and took part to its implementation. In this regard, I conducted many lobbying missions on behalf of my company towards key stakeholders to influence them positively and gain their support in the competition battle we were having with a competitor that led to the withdrawal of 50% of our concession.
