• Coordinated the design and implementation Agency’s 3-year program contract (2023-2025) with a particular focus on the implementation of our Quality Management System as per ISO 9001 • Deployed a new management structure and team that “Revitalized” the Normal School (a nearly 15 year quasi not active Gov Agency), as the single operator of training the trainers of the Guinean TVET system as well as the management staff of the Ministry of Technical Education, Vocational Training and Employment (+600 TVET trainers trained as per professional development training legal requirements in Guinea in a 2-year period) • Established and managed value adding partnerships with high-profile institutions such as the “Université de Québec à Rimouski” to upskill and certify with international standards our trainers (22 of them) • `managed the Stakeholder engagement activities of the Normal School •Prepared the launch the first initial train the trainers (24 pilot group) in the history of the institution Has led the setting of this organisation to a point of no return.

Consultant-Specialist in SME Development. Collaborated within the "SME and Value Chains" unit of the “Cross-cutting Solutions and Advisory" department Managed to convince one 5 stars hotel, 1 international catering group and the largest supermarket of Guinea, to become anchor firms to the project of capacity building and development of business links for 40 local Agribusiness SMEs. Coordinated the delivery of the Training Needs Analysis for 40 local Agribusiness SMEs as well as their training and development plan design.

Carried out a study on the impact for Guinean industries of the increase of the cost of production factors in Guinea (prices of electricity and transport) to the attention of the Government. Designed a reporting procedure for agricultural plantations supplying the Topaz group's kitchens and improve the fruit and vegetable supply process. Represented Topaz Group in African Union Continental Free Trade Area Negotiations (Technical Working Groups) in Kigali and Nairobi Meetings.

Lead and develop a team of 7 people. Initiated and implemented with the support of the team, high value business improvement initiatives within the project such as wrench time implementation within our sites garages to improve their performance in vehicule maintenance. Provided, with the team, technical support to Simandou departments towards the attainment of their goals. We were at the heart of Simandou’ s efforts to optimise costs alongside management and frontline leaders. We contributed to save 15+ mUSD of in-country project budget. Fulfilled the role of Simandou Project Cost Reduction Committee Secretariat Role. Implement and sustain lean management culture within Simandou in Guinea. Initiated the Cooperation Project between Simandou and CBG in the field of Business Improvement in order for Simfer to leverage from their operational experience in the area and provide Simfer BI officers with an operational environment exposure to develop themselves (go and see a fundamental principle of lean) Initiated the revival of the Simandou MD’s Information Centre; Regularly Influenced Simandou leaders to seek our assistance and support in using lean problem solving Tools; Organised the field visit of two BI Officers to Boron Mining (in California) in order to participate to their improvement planning activities and replicate the same process in Simandou. Reporting to the Manager Government Relations and Public relations, my major contribution was to liaise with public administrations in terms of collecting social, economic and scientific data relevant for simandou study team (for the completion on the project pre-feasibility study). I also strongly and actively took part to the elaboration of the business crisis communication strategy and took part to its implementation. In this regard, I conducted many lobbying missions on behalf of my company towards key stakeholders to influence them positively and gain their support in the competition battle we were having with a competitor that led to the withdrawal of 50% of our concession.
