As a key export account adviser i have various tasks from production planning to international transport & logistics and finance supervision. Our main goal as a leading company in pharmaceutical area is to bring innovative solutions for dentists and profesionals in more than 150 countries in 5 continents. I'm in charge of the EMEA Area which broadly give me the opportunity not only to strenghen my skills in the international trade work sphere but also to deal with various cultures with multiple technical issues to face and to bring solution to. I'm also part of our global initiative Customer centrity as a facilitator. In this position i'm in charge to implement new cultural attitudes and behavior within our organisation. i manage groups between 10 to 20 people and animate discussions and brain storming focusing on Customer orientation.

International Airfreight Logistic solutions brought to companies and people in France seeking to supply goods worlwide. My main role was to advise customers taking into consideration their needs and contraints with regard to the international regulation for goods transportation. Proactivity, good listening skills and well awarness of global regulation for transportation particularly for dangerous goods were daily mobilzed into succeeding in this position.

As a trainee for my final year of master degree, i was assigned to Latin America Area in the worldwide leader steel -maker Arcelor Mittal and i had a large position from registration of goods into our manufacturing program to full delivery into our customer's warehouse plants overseas. I've managed as well to work with international seafreight forwarder, tranversal teams and regulatory department to ease the process for my customers and bring to them key-in-hand solutions.
