I have been working in the Oil and Gas industry for more than 04 years and have gained experience in the following QC Activities:  QC Piping-Fit-up, welding, NDE, Test Pack.  Familiar with Isometric Drawings.  Perform NDE Tests for PT, HT, FRT, and PMI.  Perform visual inspection of completed welds.  Assist with welder test qualifications (WQT).  Assist the hydro test activities with QC Staff and DME.  Witness and certify welders qualification according to API 1104 and ASME IX  Inspection of materials and welding consumable  Verifying welding summary list of sub-contractors  witness for coating and holiday test  Prepare test pack for above and underground piping systems and witness pressure tests  Defines the means and methods of monitoring quality control  Establish quality assurance procedures  Follows quality control operations  Development of concrete formulas and ensures their implementation  Establish a weekly quality report  Control 1'état equipment and reports any anomaly  Assure the quality of raw material control  Maintains records for the various quality control operations  Provides the project since inception of the project until its completion and the archiving centrally folder  Preparation of Documents: • Hydrostatic test for pipe line (crossing of roads, holiday, river ...) • Hydrostatic test for piping (works concentrates) • Control and management of the flow of technical documents related to the project • Preparation of the final Documents
