Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions. Source and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels, providing guidance on best practices and candidate evaluation techniques. Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases with accurate candidate information. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to address short-term and long-term staffing goals. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes. Foster strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to build a robust talent pipeline.
