- Create Recruitment policy for internal & external staffing. - Design and deliver the orientation program and handle all on-boarding procedures. - Focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet search (Boolean) Technique. - Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications. - Enhance professional training and development by attending company-sponsored classes and meetings. - Represent the company in Employment fairs, open days and outdoor Events. - Understanding of open positions and technical skillsets. - Ability to partner with staffing team for candidate development. - Handling exit interviews for all Juniors and seniors positions. - Create monthly recruitment reports and analysis. - Assist in witing job descriptions for the newly created positions and update the existing ones.

- Responsible for the Recruitment & selection process from A to Z Which includes : - - Receive Hiring requests from the clients for junior, senior and managerial positions. - Conduct screening Interviews, Including Phone & Face-to-Face Interviews. - Develop a pool of qualified candidates through tests and Interviews. - Select a shortlist of qualified and potential candidates for client's interview. - Conduct orientation sessions to potential applicants to qualify them for the final interviews. - Prepare weekly and monthly reports to the recruitment supervisor. - Represent the company in Employment fairs, open days and outdoor Events. - Participate in preparing training material and conducting it on various occasions. - Responsible for the preparation of any social events for employees. - Receive official documents from employees and file it in its appropriate folders.

- Handling all the pre selection processes - Provide support to the Recruitment team - Entering applications into tracking system - Pre-screening candidates via phone - Scheduling interviews for the shortlisted applicants. - Support in the Blue collar recruitment process.
