Role Description - BIM modelling levels 0,1,2 on Mixed-use, residential and office projects following RIBA stages 3~5. - Collaborate with other sub-contractor and suppliers to advise client on the best building and construction methods and materials. - Supervise site work development and insure quality delivery for construction phase stage 4~5 - Assist in Drawings management, development and proposing of the building envelope and spaces. - produce drawings, Design packages, construction details and any documents related to construction. - Assist in client meetings to develop problem-solving techniques for Project narrative, style, cost and challenges. - Propose design prototypes and ideas between Stage 3~5. - Collaborate with other teams through RIBA stages 3~5 stages and give status updates on the team’s current procedure. - Production of client presentation either Animated, pdf presentation and video-making on-site. - Flexibility to work with different design media and adapt to other teams’ data and design software and easily import and export common work.

Role Description: - Assist in the design, development and proposing of the building envelope and spaces. - produce drawings, 3d parametric modelling, Images, rendering and any documents related to design. - Assist in client meetings to develop a brief for the project narrative, style, cost and challenges. - Assist in collecting Survey and site investigation (Site analysis & Site synthesis) and characteristics of the site. including analysing and advising clients on building style and material. - Propose design prototypes and ideas between Stage 1~2. - Collaborate with other teams through all RIBA stages and give status updates on the team’s current procedure. - Production of client presentation either Animated, pdf presentation and video making on-site. - Flexibility to work with different design media and adapt to other teams’ data and design software and easily import and export common work. - Conduct physical and digital testing & research for construction and material

Current RIBA-ARB Part 3 examination in architecture student.

Year one: deep research in building materials to developing a unique, digital design language inspired by a tectonic craft by using parametric digital and physical design tools. The design went through 4 main Phasis 1/Tectonic Making 2/Tectonic Drawing 3/ Digital Dialectic 4/Design Proposal. The out result deeply connects to culture, ecology, and life. Year two: Future of the cites urban fabric in dense urban centres. The year goal was to define the new urban metabolism for the generation to come, by 2050. The project aimed to create a prototype of the future residential schemes and the role of local resilience to form their new homes based on their specific needs by using a parametric system driven by generated data that could be modified and applied in future cases.

RIBA | ARB Part1 & LAM Level or Equivalent. The course embarks on a program that introduces core areas of architecture and inculcates a sense of responsibility and commitment to the natural and built environment. BSc in Architectural Studies provides the design and technical skills requirements of the overall architectural education leading to Part I and a basic entry requirement to the Master of Architecture [Part II] for the professional degree programme. The course was divided into six semesters with six different projects: sem 1: pavilion sem 2: A house sem 3: Comunity centre sem 4: A wellness retreat centre sem 5: Craft market sem 6: Musium
