▪ Identify Client mindset (preferences, objectives...etc.) and Project Circumstances (site statues, stakeholder issues...etc.) ▪ Establish direct contact with Key Persons from Client Team, Site Engineers, Decision Makers...etc. ▪ Ensure that the Project Team is up-to-date with the latest political changes onsite. ▪ Attend onsite Client Progress Meetings (delegated from Project Manager) ▪ Communicate Client updated schedule and priorities to Project Manager ▪ Attend weekly Internal Progress and Coordination meetings ▪ Receive Input Data requirements, Discrepancies and Technical and Production submittals from Team Leaders (or delegate) ▪ Submit, discuss Input Data requirements, Technical and Production submittals and Discrepancies with the Client ▪ Responsible for retrieving Input Data, Discrepancies Resolutions, Technical and Production submittals from Client within the required timeframe ▪ Send validated Input Data, Discrepancies Resolutions and Client comments about Technical and Production submittals to Team Leaders (or delegate) ▪ Utilize the Model to illustrate Progress, Technical Discrepancies, Design Proposals or any required information extraction ▪ Ensure that the Project Manager, other Project Coordinators and all Team Leaders are Up-to-date with the latest production changes onsite. ▪ Filter received data from Client, organize in the Project folder and update Received Data Log ▪ Develop separate Models illustrating various Technical Proposals or Resolutions ▪ Place all Models and Documents developed onsite in the designated project folder ▪ Propose Process and Workflows Enhancements, and Automation Tools to R&D Department ▪ Propose new business potentials to Business Development Department

▪ Responsible for BIM Implementation and Creating (SIAC BIM Standards – Practical Manual). ▪ Responsible for the consistency of all teams (Standard Templates, Folder Structure, Naming Convention…etc.). ▪ Responsible for setting the overall quality standards of the technical and production works. ▪ Create, monitor and update Revit Families Library. ▪ Create and update Revit Project Templates. ▪ Create and update standard Navisworks clash reports. ▪ Create and update standard Navisworks MEP profiles. ▪ Investigate available Add-Ins that should help automate BIM workflow. ▪ Use DAYNMO to Solve Repetitive Works Problem.
