*Planning & Strategy -Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives -Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstock -Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization *Procurement & Supplier Management Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs *Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Finance, and Production teams to align supply with demand Communicate supply chain risks and mitigation plans to senior leadership Lead and develop a team of supply chain analysts and coordinators *Reporting & Analytics Track and report on key metrics (OTIF, fill rate, inventory turnover, lead times) Use data to drive decisions and identify trends or disruptions *Warehouse Management Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch Manage outbound operations and ensure accurate documentation for all dispatches Monitor storage capacity utilization and provide recommendations for improvement Prepare and present regular warehouse performance reports to senior management

Evaluate, manage and execute process for compiling our long-term demand plan and lead required changes to streamline the acquisition, compilation, synthesis and update of this plan at regular intervals  Work closely with inventory fulfillment to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained based on product types   Facilitate and advocate the S&OP process with the site, supply chain function and supporting departments  Ensure that all SC rules/ Planning Master Data are maintained and updated correctly on a monthly or quarterly basis  Plan both short- and long-term to align supply and demand to support inventory needs  Project forward-looking inventory positions and financial implications  Facilitate collaboration meetings with stakeholders and vendors to review purchase forecasts, proposed orders, and other operational issues  Monitor weekly and monthly production plans, prioritizing work orders  Monitor movement of materials through purchasing, storage, production, and retail distribution  Set preferred stock levels and prevent excess inventory  Review supplies to ensure quality, monitor stock levels and maintain accessibility to information  Build relationships with transportation, warehouse supervisors, and co-workers to achieve higher performance  Use scheduling software to coordinate deliveries  Administer Enterprise Resource Planning data for manufacturing  Develop and monitor internal and external key performance indicators including forecast accuracy and vendor scorecard metrics  Make recommendations on flow considerations  Design and create new tools to help improve the planning functions of supply chain  Prepare detailed reports relating to MRP, back orders, and schedules  Engage in continuous improvement as it relates to processes and material availability  Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance to terms of contract

.Receive sales forecast then transferring to annually material plan Senior Material Planner is responsible for the supply of all material required to production line in time needed and with the stock required to keep production running to achieve production plan with the lowest cost of stock and keep maintaining the supply priorities to meet production plan updates Responsible for groups of material supply. Keep the stock level of inventory of his responsible group to not be extra than required or less than planned. Perform all Material planning activities and processes among suppliers, production, purchasing warehousing and Engineering Issue all regularly reports showing the priorities of supply and expected shortage whether manual or through Oddo system. Prepare and responsible for issuing all Purchase requests on Oracle System with accordance with production Plan, Products BOM, Open PR and stock. Keep the creation and effective execution of material supply plan to increase inventory turnover and reduce stock costs monthly over month.

-Schedule the supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels . -Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier to point of fit. -Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions. -Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries. -Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule. -Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production. -Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvement. -Utilize any Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) or IT system (ERP system) that is in place and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required. -Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy. -Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels . -Assist in Preparing & follow up quarter production plans sent to Production plants. (suppliers) . -Assist in Issuing PRs & follow up. (daily & weekly). -Stock follow up (weekly) . -Item coding (according to items requested) . -Follow up all process with the toll manufacturing plant. -Monitors production schedule. -Assist in coordinating with the engineering department by creating purchase requests according to stock, re-order point and Engineering department needs and required specs. -Create new codes on the system and new item forms after revision with the planning manager. -Follow up materials expiry dates in all factory departments. -Work on ERP system (SAP).

* Responsible for production of DIOCTYL PHTHALATE (D.O.P). * Responsible for production of N-butyl acetate (N.B.A). *Operates and adjust unit conditions, parameters through Distribution ControlSystem(DCS) *Preparing and submitting daily shift reports including the performance of all main equipment in the plant, overseeing all aspects of daily plant operation. *Monitoring both production lines and technical reporting of all shift incidents: equipment stoppage, unusual incidents, etc. *Coordination between the shift staff of both O&M contractors, keeping positive community relationship. *Maintain the safety policy assuring that only approved procedures are applied and assure proper general housekeeping in the plant. *Control all the process in the plant are taking place in the most efficient and the professional way, otherwise propose actions and reports deficiencies to the corresponding first line plant manager in a timely manner. Follow HSE standards & procedures

*Responsible for nitration unit in production of nitrocellulose. *Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers, such as inspectors, precision workers, machine setters and operators, and plant and system operators. *Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. *Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting special service. Plan and execute daily activities with Lead Shift Operator and analytical staff. *Work with the Plant Operations Team on all facts of commissioning; operating and maintaining; and de-commissioning of site projects. *Coordinate with other shift engineers and shift teams for smooth handovers between shifts. *Partner with operations leadership and hourly employees in identifying and improving process and equipment performance while consulting your own process knowledge. *Ensure that all shift members are properly trained and clearly understand shift activity requirements. Create and carry out test procedures, investigating problems, diagnosing/repairing fault *Propose corrective actions related to process as needed and verify their proper implementation Communicate plant and shift personnel concerns to Operations or Site Manager.* *Maintain a safe working environment and compliance with all safety rules and procedures. Provide feedback when personnel are not following safety procedures
