At Alkimam Holding in Jeddah — one of the leading companies in the region — I was originally offered a commercial role. Instead, I pitched and implemented a full S&OP function from scratch. I created the position, developed the workflows, and built the structure needed to connect demand signals to real supply actions. That’s how I work. I don’t separate planning from execution. I ensure the data makes sense and the plan holds up when things get complicated. Earlier in my career, I was part of the MCV – Mercedes Benz supply chain team, working directly on material planning, BOM control, and system-driven inventory analysis. Since then, I’ve led a team of 25–30, worked across SAP and Odoo, and used Power BI and Excel to support operational decisions with real-time planning visibility. I’ve spent the last few years working closely with business owners, building processes that link forecasting, procurement, and reporting into a single operational rhythm. Right now, I’m looking to return to an environment where supply chain decisions are built on clean systems, clear planning cycles, and strong cross functional alignment.
