At NEURA Robotics, I play a key role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of our advanced robotic systems through Tier 3 support and partner engagement. My responsibilities span both technical execution and strategic coaching, including: Leading Tier 3 support task forces and implementing maintenance strategies for our development products. Developing and executing diagnostic protocols, troubleshooting, and performing hardware repairs. Supporting the commissioning and field deployment of our robotic solutions. Maintaining detailed documentation and ensuring quality standards for all technical interventions. Driving a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback, testing enhancements, and refining robot and Relationship Flow experiences for each partner. Coaching partners on NEURAVERSE systems and customer-focused behaviors to ensure exceptional support and service delivery. Delivering training and hands-on coaching to enhance partners’ technical and sales competencies, especially for Tier 1–2 support challenges. Ensuring compliance with NEURA Robotics' security protocols, ISO standards, and relevant regulations. Representing the company at industry events and tradeshows as a technical ambassador.

- Provide system operation training on the assigned automation systems. - In charge of monitoring automated systems, performing maintenance checks, and handling repairs or replacements as needed. - Act as a troubleshooter for automation equipment including 6-axis robots/cobots (Fanuc/Mitsubishi/Universal Robots), programmable logic controllers(Beckhoff/Siemens), human-machine interfaces, conveying equipment, and pneumatic and hydraulic actuators. - Programming, testing, and commissioning of industrial applications involving 6-axis robots and cobots, vision systems, laser systems. - Establishing and following upon project implementation.(writing the book of requirements for the PLC, Robot, Vision, Laser, HMI part). Work with electrical and mechanical engineers and technicians to assemble and test automation systems. - Suggesting and implementing improvements to manufacturing processes. - Promote 5S principles of organizing and sustaining efficient and presentable team work spaces. - Support production use of deployed assets, promptly resolving issues on the production floor. - Partner with the maintenance team to maximizing equipment uptime and reliability.

• Maintain the equipment or mechanism in charge in initial conditions, by executing preventive and corrective maintenance plans and optimizing equipment by applying reengineering to improve MTBF, MTTR and reducing downtime. • Troubleshooting issues – both electrical and mechanical – that arise with robotics equipment. • Working closely with engineers and production team to help achieve a desired output • Conducting preventative maintenance, such as routine upgrades and inspections • Repairing robotic machines, systems, and tools as needed • Training others to install, use, and service robots • Trouble shoot to determine robot malfunctions, using knowledge programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. • Disassemble robots and/or peripheral equipment to repair or replace defective circuit boards, sensors, controllers, encoders, servomotors, servovalves, or automatic lubrication systems. • Attends all TPM meetings, works with leaders to advance team capabilities in problem solving, critical thinking, planning, and analysis of issues to root cause solutions. • Implements and sustains 5S standards and their auditing process. • Contribute 100% to the strategies established for the plant (for example, 5s, TPM, Zero Defect, Strategic Projects, FTF, etc.).
