• Forecast production and consumption of specific products and services based on records of past production and consumption and general economic and industry-specific conditions. • Examine financial methods, production costs and techniques and marketing policies to recommend possible improvements. • Design and successfully implement business strategies, plans and procedures that support strategic goals. • Act as the internal leader of the organization, providing for all staff a strong day-to-day leadership presence and a key bridge between all departments. • Oversee the daily operations of the company and the work of its sales team.

• Work closely with business managers to maintain a focus on current and future financial needs in order to satisfy business growth. • Monitor the status of budget spending/activity. • Preparing financial statements that will compare actual costs with budgets, showing variances, disclosing the reasons for them.

- Implement policies and procedures for the function including relevant authority matrix with ensuring core finance data is accurate, at required audit standards. - Managing the accounting of payroll activities facilitating the correct ledgers and cost centers. - Monitor Microsoft GP system and ensure to maintain the integrity of personnel records with the system database and prepare system reports with maintains files as required. - Utilize the latest payroll\ HRMS technologies (MenaMe).

- Responsible to manage and deliver business reporting (financial and non-financial) and data analysis for detecting fraud & corruptions potentials. - Implementing technology to aid in continuous monitoring and detection activities. - Maintains the Company’s standard for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and the Code of Ethics developed by The Institute of Internal Auditors. - Delivery of audit assignments as per the annual plan and scope of providing ongoing risk assessment and input. - Makes recommendations for the best ways for a company to avoid fraud. - Drive automation of reporting and analytics and maintain key operations metrics. - Investigating report outputs and data mapping to the main data W/H to extract key data points to expose for Chief Internal Auditor.

Responsible for ensure the proper reconciliation of GL accounts and support the month end close process to ensure accurate financial statements and conduct periodic supplier accounts reconciliation and make sure payments are done on time with monthly reconciliation with services delivery providers and Petty cash control.
