Led the establishment of the company and the execution of the gas pipeline project from Al-Arish, Egypt, to Ashqelon, Israel, later known as the Peace Pipeline. Responsibilities included: Supervision of Surveys: Oversaw marine and land surveys. Contract Negotiations: Negotiated contracts with gas suppliers and sellers. Project Coordination: Coordinated the project with KT Technimont and Allseas for pipelaying. Diplomatic Negotiations: Negotiated the first Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Egypt and Israel.

Water deslination Plant (RO)- 17,000 m3/day with a grid of about 200km and 350 clients

KTSTAR collaborates with the Italian company KT Kinetics Technology S.P.A. (KT Kinetics) to manage, operate, and maintain EMG sites.

I was responsible for supervising the operations of the hotel and its International Congress Center. This included managing daily activities, ensuring high service standards, and coordinating large-scale events and conferences. My role also involved overseeing staff, maintaining facilities, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance guest experiences and drive business growth.

Oversaw operations at Jolie Ville Hotels in Egypt, managing four 5-star hotels with approximately 1,500 rooms and an International Congress Center. Successfully expanded tourism markets to Sharm El Sheikh, attracting visitors from Russia, Ukraine, Scandinavia, and Romania. Managed around 30 international events, including the World Economic Forum (2006, 2008, 2010) and Peace Summit (2005, 2010), attended by global leaders, as well as the International Golf Tournament

Egypt’s first Independent Power Project (IPP) supplied electricity to three major refineries: MIDOR, Alexandria, and Amreya. I served as the Board Coordinator and Managing Director for Contracts and Finance in this company, overseeing contract negotiations, financial management, and the successful execution of the project.

I led the transition of MIDOR, the first grassroots oil refinery in Egypt, which was financed by the European Investment Bank, to be operated by MoP

Led Das Island Marine Operations, overseeing all marine operations and export activities, including: Export Facilities Management: Managed two ultra-large crude carrier berths (Single Point Mooring and Fixed Mooring), one ultra-large LNG carrier berth, and an LPG-Sulfur berth. Supervision of Marine Pilots and Activities: Directed and supervised marine pilots and all marine activities to ensure safe and efficient operations. Emergency Response: Active Das Island Emergency Team member, coordinating and implementing emergency response protocols. Environmental Protection: In charge of the ADNOC Anti-Oil Pollution Centers on Das Island and in Abu Dhabi. Industry Representation: Represented ADNOC and ADMA-OPCO at various international seminars on tanker safety and the oil and gas industry.
