Abdallah Al- Kharouf – a passionate and ambitious clinical pharmacist, aimed at excelling in the clinical practice to provide the highest possible level of care for patients within a highly integrated healthcare system. My goal is to keep enriching my clinical experience and advance in my career, to become a great clinician who can utilize both his theoretical knowledge and practical experience. I have passed the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Examination (FPGEE) in the US. I aspire to obtain the Pharmacotherapy board certification and ultimately enroll in PGY1 and PGY2 residency programs to fulfill my dream of specializing in Cardiology. I know that the role of a PharmD is not well established nor it is well understood in our countries; my goal is to advance my career into academia to have the chance to influence future clinical pharmacists and prepare them well to be able to establish their role within a healthcare team and create an impact on the quality of the healthcare service we provide to our patients.
