Study, analysis and management of change. Review and approve claims. Ensure compliance with occupational security and safety standards in the project. Preparing periodic reports that clarify the status of the project and sending them to the concerned authorities. Coordination with all concerned parties and various departments. Receiving the project and closing the project.

Managing the work team and contractors. Coordination with warehouses. Handing over the work to the Quality Department. Handing over the work to the project consultant. Coordinate with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and ensure that all requirements are met. Ensure that all work procedures, tests and deliverables are completed. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports. Meeting with those concerned and discussing all work requirements.
