We handle all incoming calls, respond to alarms, codes, and control the paging-system, as well as maintain and distribute work schedules to the departments of the hospital. Our department worked in collaboration with Admitting and Registration, and this consisted of exchanging relevant information in order for our department processes to run smoothly and coherently.

As a college student, I spent my weekends working at the Crabbe Mountain Inn as a server. Near the end of my two-year Business Administration Management program at NBCC Woodstock, I completed a Business Internship at Ryan's Pharmacy, located in Nackawic, NB. The work practicum was a key component to complete of the two-year college program. I took on the role as an Administrative Assistant, and assisted with day-to-day operations. Some of my duties included: filing paperwork, addressing inquiries in person/over the telephone, assisting in the payroll/accounting department, dealing with inventory and putting away stock, ringing in customers for their orders, and lastly, I managed the paperwork for the COVID19 Vaccinations, and worked collaboratively with the co-owner, as he ruled out this process.
