* Coordination and attendance of all medical staff meetings, including communication of agenda items and attachments prior to each meeting. * Building and maintaining relationships with Physicians and other various members of Departments/Committees. * Provide all follow up for meetings, including but not limited too; cross-departmental communications, change in policies/standing orders, and communication to the Medical Executive Committee. * Constant communication with the Chief/Chairman of Department/Committee on the order of business and/or follow up items. * Ensure accurate and precise meeting minutes for official record. * Maintain and edit policies and standing orders to meet current standards. * Maintain a high level of organization and multitasking skills across the 15 Departments/Committees held on a bi-monthly basis.
