I provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming environment at all times. I offer my expert opinions to customers who are unsure of which item to purchase. I effectively communicate with our other stores to manage inventory and shipments. I keep an organized and clean atmosphere, so customers feel valued during their shopping experience.

I observed an interventional radiological procedure which provided me with exposure to this field of medicine. I was able to shadow a pharmacist and observe the administration of drugs as well as the calculations required prior to administration. I spent time in the intensive care unit, where I was able to learn how that section of the hospital operated and observe medical practices.

I welcomed guests as they entered the establishment and provided them with menus and silverware as I escorted them to their table. I resolved customer issues independently, offering my assistance whenever it was needed. I kept a clean and sterile restaurant environment by sanitizing the menus and disinfecting the tables. I consulted with customers both in person and over the phone while taking their food orders. I handled and packaged the to go orders, making sure it was done in an accurate and efficient manner.

I attend this institution through dual enrollment, enabling me to further my studies at a higher level.
