What makes me really excited is blending creative vision with solid analytics: building frameworks that are reliable, scalable, and repeatable *but never rigid*. I'm the same person at work as everywhere else. I've always picked work I love, so "what are you up to?" usually gets answered with "working", and I'm ok with that. I get energised by building, iterating, and pushing ideas forward. But I'm also an explorer: I hike, make ceramics, solo travel to interesting places, and laugh a lot.
