I was promoted to Supply Chain Coordinator from Supply Chain Administrator on 1st April 2025

In this role, I am continuing with the work I did during my apprenticeship. However, I am also completing Administration tasks such as checking post and making sure it goes to the correct person, maintaining SOPs, processing samples, and processing and checking invoices.

In this role, I was working towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification as well as helping my collegues with their workload. I trained other people to do certain tasks and I was working towards becoming a go-to person for any enquiries regarding this. I processed orders and dealt with customer enquiries alongside creating a portfolio for my work for the Apprentice College

I was completing a Level 3 Business Administration course alongside my apprenticeship at Uren Food Group. Within this, I learnt about IT skills, building relationships with others, and effective communication. I achieved an overall Pass for this qualification

From October of 2021 to March 2022, I worked in the same store as a Customer Care Assistant, which included cleaning the floors, tables and chairs, but also checking the toilets were up to high hygienic standards and making sure that bins were emptied both inside and outside the restaurant. This job role also included interacting with various customers, such as children and people with disabilities. As a Customer Care Assistant, it was important to keep the customer satisfied with their experience at the restaurant, including making sure their order is not only correct but also that it is to a great standard in terms of look, taste and temperature. If not, this would need to be resolved as fast as possible, with an apology for inconveniences occured.

From November 2020 to March 2022, I worked in McDonald's in Prenton, Wirral working for the same franchiser. The same job roles as Liscard were done within my time as a Crew Member. I earned four stars and was progressing to Crew Trainer. Shift work was also part of this job so I worked both day and night; some shifts may have been from 10pm-7am. From November 2020 to October 2021, I worked in the same position, but with an added role of using the headset to take orders, giving customers the correct order at the drive-thru window and working in the kitchen preparing orders.

For my first job, I worked in a McDonald's in Liscard, Wirral from March 2020 to November 2020. This job included preparing orders for both delivery and in-store customers, but also using the till and making drinks such as Coca-Cola and Fanta for orders. This job was shift work, so I worked both during the day and during the night.

I worked at Tam O'Shanter Farm for my work experience. For my first year I did 315 hours and for my second year I did 100 hours. During these times, I worked with various different animals such as ponies, geese, chickens and goats. I cleaned out their bedding and gave them their correct diet to ensure that they were keeping healthy. I also watched the farrier on one occasion for the ponies and how their trim their hooves. Handling and restraint of these various animals was also involved within this experience.

I studied Animal Management in both years I was in Reaseheath. It included learning about what their diets consisted of and what to include in their enclosure (type of bedding, what enrichment they require, etc.) It also included cleaning out their enclosures regularly and being careful that they are either being handled correctly or separated from the area that is being cleaned. Practical and Theory were both studied within my time at Reaseheath.

I studied Acting, where I learnt about grotesque acting as well as growing my confidence slowly. I also studied Maths whilst I was there as I failed in high school. I went from a Grade 3 to a Grade 5.
