I'm a recent graduate from Purdue University now working in Research Triangle Park for Bayer CropScience in their Commercial Excellence Leadership Program as a Sales Excellence Associate. The program enables me to gain first-hand experience in the field as well as learn about the business and the different systems and programs they use. Working at their headquarters location I also have the opportunity to network with people in all departments of the company. Ideally the program is around 12-18 months long in order to prepare me to take on my own territory as a field sales representative. I'm very excited to be working with a global company that is creating a passion to innovate and power to change within the agriculture industry and helping create science for a better life.
