During my time at Scania, I worked within E-Line, focusing on the end-of-line assembly and testing of electric motors. As part of the SIP2 program, I developed a production flow to support the testing process and improve integration between assembly and quality control. I also used production analysis software to study and enhance process efficiency, contributing to a smoother and more data-driven workflow. This experience strengthened my understanding of manufacturing systems, lean production principles, and the challenges involved in electrification and sustainable vehicle production.

Designed and implemented various communication models to optimize the flow of information between production units, managers, and assemblers. Fostered efficient collaboration and information dissemination to improve overall team productivity. Conducted comprehensive studies and analyses of value-adding networks and operations within the company's supply chain while cooperating with fellow interns. Utilized a data-driven approach to identify areas for improvement and implemented strategic enhancements. Implemented methods to enhance customer satisfaction by improving the efficiency of value-adding networks and supply chain operations. Contributed to a customer-centric approach, ensuring high-quality products and services delivery.
