As an associate director at Chedid Re, I oversee the marine departmemt. I work with a team of portfolio managers, analysts, and researchers to develop and execute strategies that align with the clients' goals and risk profiles. I also manage relationships with key stakeholders, such as investors, regulators, and partners, and ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards. I have a strong educational background in engineering, finance, and public administration, which has equipped me with the analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills that are essential for my role. I hold a Master of Engineering degree in Finance and Financial Management Services, and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Administration and Political Science and Government, all from the American University of Beirut. I have also conducted and published research on real estate foreign investment in the Middle East, and have experience in pricing engineering projects. I am passionate about learning and enhancing my skills, and have obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn, such as How to Be More Strategic in Six Steps, Making Quick Decisions, and Business Ethics. I am motivated by the challenge and opportunity to create value and impact through my work, and I aspire to grow and excel in my field.
