• Monitoring and maintaining 2G/3G/4G KPIs over Alex and Giza Region. • Handling 2G/3G/4G Worst Cell list including CDR, CFR " Call Failure Rate" daily. • Work on the Top Degraded Cells daily 2G/3G/4G. • Work on the Top congested cells in the Alex and Giza Region. • Report the external interference cells to NTRA (National Regulator). • Handling Special events in the Area. • Roll out and assess new features over the whole Network.

Working On Africell Project (From April 2020 - Current ) •Handlin on site Visit to Customer in Congo DRC ,Gambia, sierra Leone. •Handling Vip Complaints and Special events. •Network Auditing and Recommend New Features. •Review the Network Strategy •Handling network congestion with soft actions and recommended expansions. •guiding the new expansions including the new sites and New Layer and Bandwidth expansion. •Working on Etisalat Maser Project (From May 2019 to April 2020 ) • Monitoring and maintain 2G/4G KPIs. • 2G/4G Health check over network to detect violated Cells. • Work on Degraded and worst Cells 2G/4G. • Event preparation and handling to avoid any expected congestion.

Huawei Orange Project : • Use A MapInfo 10.5 and Tems15.3.2 to take make 2G reports . • Use MapInfo piano tool to re tune frequencies if there is a co-channel and adjacent Interference. • Handle & co-ordinate Drive Tester to solve any problem at field (cross sectors & Feeders …. Etc). • Use Asset to clear Miss Matches over Data base. • Use Omnix to Make D4C to Sites that has no D4C. • Working on solving VIP customer complains through finding appropriate optimization solutions. • Use UM2000 and PRS Huawei Tools to make Daily Degraded Cells. • Log file analysis and report field problem. Huawei RDC team • monitoring and maintain 2G KPIs for Libya Madar elJaded Project. • Provide weekly and monthly presentation to track and show project progress. • Lte SSV reporting in Chad project. • Lte Cluster level analysis in chad project. • Lte cluster acceptance in Orange Morocco project.
