Native to the Philadelphia area, my lifelong interests in medicine, biology, and tech were realized in Rowan University's Biomedical Engineering program. After my enriching hands-on experience in our clinic labs, I'm excited to be translating my knowledge and skills into industry endeavors providing application engineering and product support for our wide customer base at Edmund Optics. Knowing what it's like to have been the only girl in a programming classroom, I've continued my support for women in STEM with groups such as Women in Optics and Society of Women Engineers. Outside the classroom, I practice martial arts and enjoy reading, art, yoga, and baking.
