Product Strategy Manager (Growth Ecosystem) @ Aisepedia
About
I’ve always leaned toward work that builds something real. That started young, leading community projects as a teenager, learning how to organize people and get things moving. Later, it meant studying engineering and then business to understand how people, and technology fit together. Along the way I’ve built retention models executives used to steer multimillion-dollar decisions and shaped go-to-market strategies. It taught me that numbers only matter if they drive action. Now at Aisepedia, I’m focused on shaping both the product and the brand. I want my role to let me work on strategy with storytelling: listening to product marketers, founders, and GTM leaders, pulling out the patterns in what they say, and using those insights to sharpen both what we build and how we present it. Success today is about making sure Aisepedia grows into a product and a brand people trust.

Experience

Senior Analyst - Revenue & Strategy
Roslyn, Washington, United States
I joined POLITICO full-time after interning with the Pro Subscriptions & Product team, where I built a foundation in cross-functional strategy, operational processes, and stakeholder collaboration. My work sat at the intersection of revenue, product, and customer engagement. Highlights: • Owned and evolved the Wallet Retention Report, a core tool used by the CEO, COO, and VP of Finance to guide retention strategy and inform customer engagement roadmaps. • Partnered with finance and leaders to deliver vertical profitability analysis, shaping decisions on product packaging, pricing models, and resource allocation. • Contributed to the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) deck, creating executive-facing visuals and insights that informed product expansion planning. • Streamlined order workflows in the OMS to ensure pricing integrity and product logic, aligning internal systems with market-facing offerings. • Built and managed mirror opportunity workflows in Salesforce to enable cross-market access, directly improving European client onboarding and product adoption. • Acted as the bridge between sales, product, and finance, translating operational pain points into system improvements that enhanced both internal efficiency and customer experience. • Supported decision-making with custom Salesforce reporting and analytics, helping leaders track product performance and identify growth opportunities.

Graduate Research Associate
Washington, District of Columbia, United States
Worked with Prof. Mark Clark during my MBA on research into how leadership and organizational design evolved pre-, during, and post-COVID, with a focus on DEI and family business contexts. • Structured and analyzed qualitative interview data using NVIVO and Python, turning unstructured transcripts into actionable patterns. • Built a codebook for family business leadership themes and identified recurring trends across organizational design challenges. • Created visual summaries and insights that supported academic findings and informed ongoing research publications.

Intern - Product & Subscriptions
Roslyn, Washington, United States
As a Summer Intern at POLITICO, rotating across Product, Marketing, Data, and Competitive Intelligence teams to work on initiatives that directly shaped POLITICO Pro’s growth. Focused on blending market research, product insights, and engagement experiments into actionable outputs for leadership. Key Projects: • Pro Coverage Expansion: Mapped whitespace in Pro’s coverage verticals, breaking down market opportunity by segment and presenting insights that influenced senior leadership’s expansion strategy. • Product Feedback Loop: Designed a structured system to capture and categorize stakeholder feedback, helping product leads prioritize features and close the loop faster. • Engagement Experiments: Supported the rollout of gamified content pilots; one initiative drove a measurable increase in repeat user sessions. • Marketing & Growth: Partnered with marketing on targeted outreach to under-penetrated verticals, leveraging account data and campaign history to refine messaging. • Data & Competitive Intelligence: Cleaned and structured large usage datasets in Excel for analytics teams, and maintained real-time competitive trackers used in strategy reviews.

Technology Sales Specialist

After Quantum’s acquisition of EnCloudEn, I transitioned into a role that sat at the intersection of sales operations, enablement, and strategy. My day-to-day work focused on optimizing sales processes, strengthening Salesforce workflows, and ensuring smooth execution of go-to-market plans. • Rebuilt Salesforce contract workflows, eliminating booking discrepancies and recovering $473K in revenue by improving validation logic and pipeline governance. • Streamlined renewal processes by collaborating with product, and sales teams; improved data accuracy and unlocked new recurring revenue opportunities. • Partnered with sales leadership on Q1 GTM execution for the virtualization portfolio, aligning territory design, quota capacity, and performance tracking to ensure revenue delivery. • Analyzed client feedback and market trends to tailor messaging and strengthen customer engagement across enterprise accounts. I strengthened my expertise in sales enablement and revenue operations by serving as the link between customer needs, product strategy, and internal execution.

Technical Sales Specialist

𝘌𝘯𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘈𝘤𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘺 𝘘𝘶𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘶𝘮 𝘊𝘰𝘳𝘱. At EnCloudEn, I was hired to drive enterprise sales but quickly became the bridge between customers, the product team, and marketing. This dual focus gave me exposure to both client-facing strategy and the product development process. • Partnered with clients to translate business needs into technical requirements, shaping proposals and influencing product roadmaps. • Supported the design and integration of key product features, ensuring smooth deployments for enterprise customers. • Conducted competitive and market analysis to guide positioning and highlight opportunities for product differentiation. • Enabled sales by building solution demos, technical documentation, and training that improved adoption across client accounts. • Consistently met revenue targets while also providing feedback loops to engineering, helping refine EnCloudEn’s product before its acquisition by Quantum. This role helped me step beyond sales into the product side of technology, understanding not just how to sell solutions, but how they are built, deployed, and scaled for enterprise impact.

Lead – Business Strategy

I was brought in to help drive revenue growth and shape client strategy reporting directly to the CEO. This role taught me how to tie day-to-day sales execution to broader business outcomes.

Joined an elite engineering team handpicked by the founder to redesign core operations at India’s largest apparel exporter. • Worked on redesigning production processes and schedules, focusing on where inefficiencies were costing the business in time and money. • Partnered with supervisors and floor managers to streamline consignment flows, which reduced turnaround times and improved shipment reliability. • Earned the Best Trainee Award (2018) after scoring the highest among the entire batch and leading a project that showed 35% improvements in efficiency during a two-month intensive training and implementation program.
