In this role, I find and shortlist candidates from sites like Naukri, LinkedIn and Monster for tech positions, including Technical DM for LLM and Java Architect, for permanent roles. I organize candidate information using ATS tools like Oorwin and Ceipal, and set up interviews according to client needs. I also post job openings on various platforms and work with leading clients like Turing and Tata Technologies to meet their staffing needs.

In this role, I source and shortlist candidates from platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn and Monster for various tech positions, including Java Architect and Full-Stack Developers, for both C2H and permanent roles. I manage candidate data in an ATS (Ceipal) and coordinate interview schedules while aligning plans with client needs. Additionally, I post job openings on multiple portals and coordinate with prestigious clients such as Amazon and NTT Data to fulfill their staffing requirements.

In this role, I manage the entire recruitment process, from understanding job descriptions to sourcing candidates through job portals like LinkedIn and Indeed. I focus on finding the right talent for a range of roles like developers and managers by screening and shortlisting applicants. I maintain RMS and MIS reports, and handle interview scheduling and client coordination. Additionally, I post job listings and prepare action plans to efficiently support clients such as Signity Solutions and Baton Systems.

During my internship, I conducted phone interviews with recent graduates for roles such as HR, digital marketing executive, and SEO specialist. This experience helped me understand the recruitment process and assess candidate's potential for various professional profiles.
