Leverage data analytics and global benchmarking to enhance coal sourcing strategies. 6. Ensure strict compliance with commercial SOPs, delegated authorities (DOAs), internal policies, contract governance frameworks, and audit requirements.

Led the end-to-end quality management process for coal and met coke production, ensuring adherence to customer specifications and industry standards (ASTM, ISO, BIS). Managed and supervised laboratory operations for proximate, ultimate, GCV, and coke reactivity index (CRI/CSR) testing.
