Sandvik Asia Pvt Ltd is a world class tooling industry. We successfully designed cutting tools for Boeing,Airbus and LG. Using additive manufacturing techniques we developed prototypes for inserts of different geometries. Gained knowledge in creating programs and setting up tools on milling machines. Upon completion of the program I was awarded a diploma in metal cutting technology.

Each team was assigned an application problem. We were successful at solving it after working with a diverse mix of stakeholders. Under the production and quality department, I gained experience in total productive maintenance, Kaizen and Poka yoke. We created checklists for daily maintenance and analysed the data critically.
