-Supervised 300+ healthcare professionals across Quality, Medical Records, HR, Infection Control, Accounting and Marketing departments by meeting with them bi-weekly to ensure hospital operations continued as per prescribed NABH guidelines -Oversaw end-to-end design, development and implementation of protocols related to admission, facilities, infection control, documentation, medication administration, resource, and inventory management for COVID-19 patients within 17 days -Executed the procurement process of COVID-19 vaccines and injectables by coordinating with the government, ensured COVID19 vaccine administration to all staff within a month of its availability -Spearheaded hospital’s NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) Renewal Assessment where I was accountable for answering the board if NABH guidelines were not followed by any department of the hospital -Reduced cash expenditures by 18% in a year by overseeing hospital’s cash flows on daily basis along with a 3-person accounting and auditing team

-Improved HR department by developing SOP and ensuring proper documentation in each employee file. Formulated and implemented training program which led to 100% staff being aware of the scope of services, their job roles, and responsibilities -Instituted a team of 5 to devise marketing collaterals such as discounts, aligned with growth objectives and measured effectiveness through weekly meetings and implemented improvements based on impact and feedback from patients and other stake holders -Conceptualized and rolled out more than 100 health checkups and 45 blood donation drives to increase awareness about the hospital within the community

-Managed a team of 8 to conduct pharmacy stock audit of >4000 items in 15 distinct categories including surgical items, injections, infusions, cosmetics, consumables, and vaccines which resulted in 6.8% reduction in inventory -Formed a team of 5 to revamp the organization’s website by gathering details about the scope of services, collecting statistics about the patients treated in the previous years, consolidating organization’s success stories, and streamlining all the information -Created systems to ensure regular Google ratings (reached 4.3 from 3.8) as a part of feedback procedure of patients to increase digital presence of hospital -Boosted the organization’s patient feedback system by adding digital feedback system to the continuing on-paper feedback system which led to increased patient engagement in service at the hospital and resulted in increase in online rating from 3.8/5.0 to 4.3/5.0
