Igniting Young Minds with STEM and RoboticsI’m Aashik Rahman, Founder & CEO of Propeller Technologies, with over 10 years of experience in transforming STEM education for students across India. My work focuses on making robotics, coding, and innovation accessible to every child, helping them develop skills that prepare them for the future. So far, we’ve reached 3.8+ lakh students across 480+ schools, creating an ecosystem where learning meets creativity.Current Role & Highlights:As CEO of Propeller Technologies, I lead a team dedicated to designing hands-on STEM programs, inclusive robotics curricula, and youth-focused innovation initiatives. My role involves creating opportunities for students to engage with technology meaningfully—from classroom robotics kits to large-scale competitions like the Tamil Nadu Robotics League, which now attracts over 10,000 student participants annually.Over the years, I’ve focused on developing solutions that combine social impact and technology. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I co-developed 65+ ZAFI robots to assist frontline workers and communities, gaining recognition from National Geographic and the Government of Tamil Nadu. I’ve also worked with visually impaired and rural students, training over 150 learners in collaboration with Amazon and the Tamil Nadu Government, and helping them access world-class STEM education. As Co-Founder of Zafi Robots, I led the development of intelligent robotic solutions to support education and crisis response. I combined engineering innovation with real-world applications to address urgent societal challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic.
