I’m a BBA Decision Science graduate from Christ University with a background in decision science and a growing career in human resources. Currently, I work as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Ninjacart, where I manage end-to-end recruitment and also contribute to HR activities such as onboarding, stay interviews and campus connects. Previously, I interned as a TA Intern at Bhanzu, focusing on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, and as an Analytics Intern at Mu Sigma, where I worked with SQL, R, and Power BI to support strategic decision-making. This blend of data-driven thinking and people-first execution gives me a unique edge in solving HR challenges. I’m passionate about building strong teams, optimizing processes, and creating positive employee experiences.
