With over 20 years of experience as a Senior Clinical Research Associate, I am passionate about delivering high-quality clinical research and site monitoring services to my clients. I founded Innovative Clinical Consulting, LLC, a company that provides CRA management, clinical site monitoring, and data quality assurance for phase I-III and post-market studies across various therapeutic areas. I have extensive knowledge and skills in all aspects of clinical research, from protocol development and site selection to data management and reporting. I ensure compliance with good clinical practice, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations, as well as the safety and accuracy of data collection and analysis. I also have a strong background in molecular biology and genomics, having worked on projects involving DNA sequencing, genotyping, and gene mapping for drug metabolism and disease diagnosis.
