As the Assistant Director of Sales at WindMar Solar, I was responsible for developing and implementing effective onboarding processes, website development, creating in-house online training platforms, and creating Sales management CRM architecture. My leadership and strategic approach have enabled me to effectively manage and train a rapidly growing team of over 20 new solar sales professionals per week With the combined efforts of our dedicated team and efficient processes, we have been able to achieve a 6-fold increase in sales within our department. I am passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork, as we work together to advance WindMar Solar's position in the renewable energy sector.

Responsible for utilizing my extensive knowledge within the field of photovoltaics and LFP/NMC battery technology to engineer and recommend systems to meet the needs of the customer. I work with various financial lenders to receive approval and funding to complete each project. All of this is done with the goal of creating a positive and long lasting relationship with all clientele.
