I lead hiring initiatives for key functions, including Public Affairs, Policy, Trust & Safety, Partnerships, Paid Media, Product, and other critical departments as needed. I have successfully sourced and placed top-tier talent in high-impact leadership roles, including Manager, Senior Manager, and Director positions, across multiple teams. - Managed a team of 3 Senior Recruiters covering the entire business side of Procore including GTO, Legal, Finance, Insurance, Revenue Operations, Culture and Communications, and Workplace Operations - Personally carried out full-cycle recruiting for many higher level roles - Developed strong partnerships with all levels of leadership including C-level to create and build effective processes around headcount planning, pipeline generation, interview processes, and candidate experience - Built out a department-wide program for employee engagement leading a team of 12 to host events, competitions, and celebrations for 150+ people

I started off at Procore recruiting for Sales roles, then moved into Finance, Legal, Engineering, Mobile, UI, UX where I hired everything from entry level to Sr. Director level. I was also the lead recruiter for IT and Business Intelligence. In total, I hired over 110 people during my time at Procore and it's been an incredible place to work! (So much so that I left and quickly came back!)

- Only recruiter on corporate recruiting for 50+ requisitions - Averaging 10 hires a month including Director of Government Partnerships, EA for VP of Finance, International Legal Director, several senior managers in government and legal, and international hires in Mexico - Built out entire recruiting process from scratch for Government, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Launch teams

I had the unique opportunity of recruiting for the Esports team at Riot Games where I was able to recruit for a large variety of roles ranging from marketing, analytics, business development, league operations, player management, video broadcast, and social media. I also helped to create recruiting strategies, foster hiring manager alignment, generate forecast planning, and inspire creative ideas on how to strengthen candidate pipelines.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, I was the first impression for hundreds of potential future Rioters, coloring their initial reactions to our hiring process, company, and culture. I acted as the liaison between internal client teams, hiring managers, and recruiting groups to help Riot win over talented individuals. I consistently used my energetic personality and unique skill-set to inspire and attract prospective Rioters.
