Supervised team of up to 13 * professionals on the Real-Time Dispatch/Trading and Day-Ahead Scheduling Operations Departments. Work as * Liaison between Commercial Operations, Plant Accounting, NERC Compliance, and Power Plant Operations. Lead * transition and implementation of Commercial Power Operations Protocols for Power Purchase Agreements and Plant * Acquisitions. Assist with ISO and counter-party Settlement Disputes. Assist Compliance Group in NERC Standards * audits. Manage training program for current Real-Time NERC System Operators to maintain required CEH's.

* Calpine Corporation - Houston, TX * Designed the policies and procedures for daily responsibilities. Manage the scheduling, reliability, and optimization of * Calpine Generating Assets, ~ 8,000mws in the region, including NEPOOL, NYISO, MISO, and PJM pools.
