SCE field inspector and construction coordinator on multiple electrical distribution system project scopes and PUC driven initiatives including NDPP/NDPM forward tract planning R20, R15, R16, EV-Charge Ready Initiative for Edison, Tesla and NRG/EVGO, MHP (Mobile Home Park Initiative) IMS (Installation Management Services), WTR locations, deteriorated pole replacement program, wind storm DAT team pole loading, ALP (antenna locating program). Consistently working in a lead role inspecting, managing, and coordinating multiple projects under tight time constraints, shifting priorities, and making critical decisions under minimal supervision. Performing inspections and analysis of customer/ general contractor installations to ensure they meet SCE construction standards as well as G.O.95 & GO. 128 standards, and applicable construction methods and safe work practices. Finalize and release jobs confirming site readiness for all projects before construction, including coordinating traffic control, pedestrian traffic control, as well as ensure easements, environmental and legal requirements were met. Consulting with customers internal & external such as managers, planners, designers, external design consultants and construction field personnel and applicable district ISU’s and scheduling managers coordinating material and equipment staging and/or delivery to meet project start work dates. Analyzing line and equipment needs and generating requests to clear lines equipment and coordinating related customer outages. Consulting with planning and project management staff, as needed or requested, to ensure design and materials meet project goals. Worked together with SCE planning staff daily evaluating project status and instituting changes as needed to maximize crew efficiency. Reviewing material shipping & receiving dates and making adjustments as needed to meet project schedule.

Responsible for the oversight of the development process for all assigned communities from the beginning stages (per DRE phasing or conditions of approval) to 100% site/land development (approved RG—BT (rough grade to blue top) including organizing, budgeting, and monitoring of various phases to maintain efficient operations while meeting Company standards and objectives. Demonstrated experience analyzing problems and developing and implementing plans/tactics. With limited information and under tight time constraints. to ensure proper allocation of resources and construction site readiness. Project managed all off-tract requirements including all wet and dry utilities for Rule l5, Rule 16, Rule 20, Backbone and POC (points of connection) to pick up/connect to wet/dry utility's. Ensure all forward planning has been completed with approve construction plans that match existing field conditions and the conditions of approval contracts and construction work orders. Managed up to 7 contractors per development with as much as 10 developments being constructed concurrently, and was able to successfully project manage all stages of the scope of work balancing shifting priorities. Demonstrated effective time management skills and planning and organizing a heavy workload while serving as a Director on three HOA boards coordinating bond reductions/releases and 100% storm water/dust control ACOE/ F&G compliant and still remaining within or under budget. Established metrics on performance of the Land Development division allowing the company to measure quality performance in acquisition. Planning. Approval. Budgeting. Contracting, and scheduling. Coordinated with the Production Manager & Community Construction Manager and/or Community Manager to prepare, maintain, execute and monitor the site development schedule in order to complete assigned community on time, within budget, and with high standards of workmanship.

Managed oversight, safety and inspection of jobsites qualified by SCE for the tree removal programs related to (GO 95 and G.O 128 violations as well as Pine Bark Beetle damaged trees and ensured jobsites met SCE quality standards and did not deviate from the program schedule. Maintained a safety conscious work environment by following safety protocols and ensuring safe work practices. Demonstrated experience resolving conflict and negotiating win-win resolutions working with SCE customers on the tree removals and the re-finishing / re-grading slopes on public and private property.

Routinely determine the scope of work for commercial and residential construction projects and coordinate the needed construction crews and equipment to complete the job. Ensures that all construction activities were completed safely per D.H Wright safety standards and followed all OSHA regulations. Operator for various pieces of heavy equipment involved with land development and underground work.

Foreman responsible for all construction and scheduling activities involving demolition, grading checking, and both rough and finish grading. Equipment Operator: bobcat, loader-980, blade, skip loader, dump truck, bobtail, water truck, excavator, dozer, paddle wheel, and scraper.

Operator for bobcat, excavator, dozer. and the concrete breaker.
