I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University - San Luis Obispo, with a concentration in Mechatronics. My academic journey has fueled my passion for engineering design, allowing me to tackle complex problems with create innovative solutions. During my time at Cal Poly, I gained hands-on experience in mechanical and electronic system design through a variety of projects. One of my key projects involved developing a sophisticated line-following robot, where I designed a custom 4-layer PCB, managed power systems, and integrated sensors to achieve precise control. In another project, I spearheaded a design effort at Zurn Wilkins that significantly reduced costs while upholding industry standards and product quality. I have developed strong technical skills in programming languages like C and MicroPython, as well as in tools such as SolidWorks and Fusion 360. My work is characterized by a commitment to high-quality design, thorough testing, and effective problem-solving. As I step into the professional world, I am eager to apply my engineering expertise to roles that emphasize innovative design and product development.
