Arbitration & Conciliation Proceedings: Oversee end-to-end arbitration processes for NPA cases, including issuing demand/LRN notices, invoking Section 21, and managing award execution across India. Ensure adherence to TAT, maintain MIS, and coordinate with internal and external teams. National/Monthly Lok Adalats: Coordinate and manage Lok Adalats nationwide. Handle the empanelment of advocates, issuance of notices, and oversee the entire settlement process. Prepare detailed productivity and settlement reports. Digital Arbitration & Conciliation Process: Supervise digital conciliation for cases involving non-contactable customers. Work with internal teams and external vendors to enhance settlement ratios and achieve successful outcomes. Legal Replies/Notices: Draft and issue overdue and reminder notices. Respond to legal notices from customers or their representatives, and coordinate with field representatives to facilitate settlements. Empanelments: Manage the empanelment process for advocates and online platform vendors for digital proceedings throughout India. Execution Proceedings: Oversee PAN India execution proceedings, including filing, procuring summons and warrants, and executing them to maximize collections. Drafting: The preparation of various legal documents, including Written Statements, applications, Reply-Rejoinders, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Codes of Conduct for internal teams and legal vendors, Empanelment Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and other related documents. Legal Calling Team: Manage and oversee the legal recovery calling team, including training callers for both soft and hard buckets and preparing calling scripts. Recovery/Collection Team: Provide legal support to the field collection team and conduct training for collection managers and agents on legal proceedings. MIS/PPT: Maintain all data and MIS, and prepare presentations on legal topics, activities, and repayment projections.

Maintained MIS and coordinated with advocates for e ective case management. Filed execution proceedings and took necessary actions for recovery. Coordinated with retainer and panel advocates nationwide for various legal cases, including those filed by and against the company. Managed cases involving divorce, domestic violence, and restitution of conjugal rights. Drafted various legal documents including agreements, contracts, sale deeds, mortgage deeds, lease deeds, and notices. Handled Section 138 cases under the NI Act, including the procurement and execution of summons and warrants. Managed arbitration proceedings, including vehicle attachment cases under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, and executed awards.
