Job Responsibilities : • Sourcing candidates using job postings to various vendors, searching on various job sites, (Dice, LinkedIn actively recruiting on LinkedIn , Monster) and other resume databases. • Screening and short-listing profiles taking initial telephonic interviews and scheduling the interviews of the short listed candidates. • Approve or disapprove candidates/resumes based on experience, education and various other guidelines • Handle the full cycle of recruitment -- source, screen, validate, offer, and close resources for job requirements
