Looking into Inventory planning, forecast analysis, Raw material planning Responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory from purchase requisition to customer invoice Production Planning and as per Sales with MRP demand Calculating monthly RM replenishment quantities based on the history of sales and Future forecast. Planning Raw material based on forecast of M-2 Maintain and update master files [items, vendors, etc]. Co-Ordination with Purchase department for PO, Schedule and Price benefits Follow-Ups with Domestic/ Overseas supplier for Schedule and documentation Development of alternate source for each Raw material Providing support to R&D and Purchase team for introduction on New product Managing 3PL operations Providing Raw material forecast to suppliers
