Abdallah Al Mikati

Abdallah Al Mikati is the Founder and Managing Partner at Bull & Czar, a homegrown Executive Search firm based in Dubai and serving MENA. Prior to founding Bull & Czar, Abdallah worked with Majid Al Futtaim as Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for digital and technology hiring, as well as executive level hiring across the group. Prior to joining Majid Al Futtaim, Abdallah was Principal Consultant with The Hardwick Partnership, a boutique executive search firm he helped set up in 2009. His scope of role grew from heading the research team to focusing on client acquisition and delivery, working with some of the region’s leading organizations, with particular focus on Emiratization, Saudization and talent localization across the MENA region, as well as placing some of the most influential global talent into said regional clients. Abdallah gained his early professional experience in executive search having worked for over four years with the world’s leading executive search firm, Korn/Ferry International, in its Middle East & North Africa Region office. As a Research Associate with Korn/Ferry, he was a member of the Financial Services Practice, particularly specializing in the Real Estate sector across the MENA region. In addition, he worked on numerous regional searches in the Industrial and Technology sectors, conducting some of the most high-level search assignments for leading regional and multinational clients that, at that time, were shaping the economic landscape of the Middle East and North Africa. With a strong track record of placements, an extensive international network of contacts, and industry, regional and cultural knowledge, Abdallah brings a global perspective with deep local knowledge to executive search. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry International, Abdallah spent three years with OrangeClicks, a leading multimedia company in Lebanon. His role within the Sales & Marketing Department included client acquisitions, business development and brand strategies. Abdallah holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the reputed American University of Beirut, and an MBA in Marketing from the American University of Science and Technology.
