Orchestrating a team of HR Associates for handling Recruitment & Operations. Ensuring to deliver the best candidate experience from the time of connection, through their technical discussions & until their smooth onboarding with the company. Conducted various events & team building activities for all the employees to ensure collaboration & amalgamation among the team members & the people leaders. Forecast weekly, quarterly and annual hiring needs by each department to the directors & to the CEO. Assess candidate information, including resumes, previous employment & brief validation of candidate background. Proficient in MS-Excel/Office in handling data & representing infographics of recruitment with executive reports
