Responsibilities at Sensata are included but not limited to - Machine controls & Automation of Calibration and Characterization equipment throughout the line. - Perform ASIC level communication using DSPs and SPI(One Wire) to collect valuable information of the sensors. - Incorparated SAE SENT(Single Edge Nibble Transfer) to communicate with digital ASICs that give out fast and slow channels data that provide valuable sensor data. - Engage with database management tools like SQL through client-server protocol that retrieve limits and history tables that provide information and sensor history for a given recipe. - Maintain and update MMI (Man-Machine Interface) to provide better user functionalities of the machine to the operator and Engineers to get complete control of the equipment for operation and diagnostics. Accomplishment: Installed and debugged first dual ASIC sensor device in Malaysia production line.

Worked at Autonomous System Lab at UTARI under the guidance of Dr.Frank Lewis. Currently working on project where an UGV is made to track and follow an UAV, which works on ROS in LINUX platform.The main goal of the project is to make a system operate without any human interference.

Worked on setting production schedule, managing inventory and supply chain. Eventually added responsibilities in identifying machines that best suit the organisation, engaging with vendors and suppliers in the label and packaging industry. Introduced ERP system and CRM tool to manage customer relations and make the inventory and financial management on the new system. Helped improve the process of the organization to be more streamlined on cloud platform.
