Responsible for sourcing potential job seekers to fulfill the internal hiring needs- #Responsible for managing End to End Recruitment process. # Sourcing the candidates using multiple sourcing channels including job boards, internet searches, employee referrals, direct applications, database search, and networking. # Understanding candidates’ profile, to evaluate role fitment (Screening & Shortlisting). # Leading candidates through the recruiting process ensuring efficiency in scheduling, timely feedback, and salary negotiations. # Co-ordinate the entire recruitment procedure right from sourcing, vendor management, pre-boarding plan, till candidates joining. # Responsible for following up with candidates regarding their documents and other joining related information. # Maintain MIS reports as per the process requirements. #Collaborating with Business Heads and Key Stakeholders on planning the monthly and quarterly agenda to ensure effective and efficient deliveries of Talent Acquisition. #Responsible for providing reports and dashboard to stakeholders for better visibility like pipeline report, ageing report and many more. # Coordinating with Hiring Managers to understand the status of ongoing requirements, and initiate new requirements. #Conducted walk-ins and Managing off-site campus recruitment.

o Sourcing CVs from various channels such as company’s own database, o Job Portals i.e. Naukri.com, and networking tools such as LinkedIn o Pre-screening candidates by assessing their technical skills, communication skills, salary expectations and presenting suitable candidates based on the requirement. o Scheduling interview, follow up, maintaining and updating reports. o Providing timely feedback to the candidates on their interview. o Focused in the placement of Software Engineers, Web Developers, Quality Assurance/Test Engineers, Android/ iOS Developers, Technical Product Managers etc.
