As a graduate from Exeter University with Master degree in International Tourism Management , I strive to achieve an optimised team work within an organisation, which maximises the productivity and efficiency, while minimizing the risk and expenditure. My expertise’s are in the field of tourism and travel management. I graduated with distinction in Tourism Operation Management from Sultan Qaboos University, the department of Tourism which holds accreditation from the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO TedQual). During the training period I learned how to prepare ,design and cost a tour itinerary. I also dealt with variety of hotels from all around the Sultanate of Oman to book for the company's clients. I had a deep knowledge about the field of travel and tourism as it was my first training experience. I also knew about the operation of car rental in the company and the conditions that must be given to the customers before renting any car. Communicating with the staff was one of the memorable experience as they were from different cultures.

The training was in the operation department where I learned about the operation system in Muscat International Airport. I gained knowledge about the airlines' codes and times of flights, how did they manage the arriving and departure of the flights and how did they welcome and operate the flights in Muscat International Airport. Dealing with customers was also one of the main training tasks.
