As part of the Public Private Partnership team, supported the Utilities Infrastructure Project Delivery team in contract management, cost variance and payments, while resolving critical project delays in coordination with the planning team. Ensured timely completion and on-site implementation of design deliverables, submittal reviews, and other technical inputs.

Steered crucial remote support and planning during initiation phase for USD100M terminal renovation & expansion at Princess Juliana International Airport. Established blueprint for project risk management and contract administration, ensuring clarity and transparency.

Offering advice and support to help midsize enterprises maintain effective processes and long-term goals and objectives. The offered service includes but is not limited to the following: Reviewing current project management processes and capabilities. Providing an overview of weaknesses in current processes and controls. Recommendations for better processes and controls. Support in the implementation of new tools, processes, and procedures. Provided engineer's services under FIDIC Conditions of the Contract for the Construction of the Gateway 2030 Expansion Project Enabling Works at Aeropuerto Internacional Reina Beatrix. Delivered a Central Utility Plant to supply the current Airport and its future expansion works with all Electrical, Mechanical, and Airport Special Systems. Managed conflicting priorities, complex project dependencies and unified stakeholders to work toward mutual goal. Delivered a new Central Utility Plant to provide a compliant, reliable, expandable and future proof facility to work as the stepping stone for the future redevelopment project for the Airport and it's FBO facilities.

Managed team of engineers, inspectors as well as International Contractors. Spearheaded end-to-end integration and coordination of 2 largest construction packages i.e. Airfield Infrastructure Works and Eurofighter Typhoon Aircraft Facilities. Led value engineering resulting in 5% cost savings on $600M spend and early completion despite aggressive project timeline.

Took over completion of Public Civil Aviation Headquarter at Muscat and Salalah International Airports; supervised all architectural finishes, MEP testing and commissioning, tests on completion, handover and close-out—achieved on-time commissioning in multiple phases despite legacy issues and aggressive timelines.

Provided multi-disciplinary expertise in coordination works for structural, HVAC and MEP works as well as AV systems and stage engineering in landmark construction of Bahrain National Theatre.
