→Maximized manufacturing and distribution efficiency for seven specialized product lines worth $40 Million for four overseas plants, thirteen U.S. and Canada - based distribution center, and three contract manufacturers. →Prepared demand forecast and ordered production and shipment of over 500+ unique items of 3,000 tons of material per month, analyzing sales data to accurately meet demand and emergency orders. →Prepared strategic procurement and sourcing plan from various foundries based in China and India on a bi-weekly basis to achieve complex technical requirements such as narrow turnaround times, capacities, and requirement for the US based clients →Ordered, tracked, and monitored inventory of supplies and finished goods system-wide, ensuring freshness and proper handling of critical substances, and accuracy in billing and meeting company service level. →Prepared and analyzed statistical and productivity reports, and coordinated information management using an ERP system software.

Client: Private Sector Bank → Developed the complete build-out process for bank's branches. Defined key roles and responsibilities of each individual or group involved in branch build-out process. → Completed the Branch Design Manual document, which will be incorporated by the Bank’s Estate Cell to initiate 120 branches every year. → Identified areas in the branch where ‘high value-adding activities’ should be placed to increase branch performance by placing sales and advisory closer to the customer origin. → Identified flaws in architect drawings and other construction elements, which led to faster starts of 37 branches, ahead of schedule. → Reduced number of transactional activities across cash counters from 100 transactions on an average to 40 transactions in 9 pilot branches; this provided counter personnel with more time to engage in sales and advisory services. → Solved a case by explaining to the client through presentation and on-the-spot mathematics on how suggested ideas will improve the bank performance.
